This included interviews with staff and community members, researching best practices in inclusive design, and reviewing competitor sites. Based on this research, I prioritized accessibility, responsive design, and clear calls to action.
Using Adobe XD, I created wireframes that simplified navigation and highlighted core content—community resources, event details, and news updates. The design was crafted with bold, vibrant colors that reflect the trans pride flag and the organization’s commitment to inclusivity.
The website was built with WordPress, ensuring easy updates and maintenance. I incorporated SEO best practices, enhanced mobile responsiveness, and ensured a streamlined user experience to improve engagement with event listings and resource pages.
